This report presents a brief account of the status of implementation of the SRO-EA’s 2014-2015 biennium work program, with a particular focus on activities implemented in 2015. It includes a description of the results achieved, challenges faced and lessons learned during the course of implementation of the program. The report also includes an update on the status of implementation of the 2013-2017 Business Plan of the Sub-regional coordination mechanism for Eastern and Southern Africa (SRCM) as well as an update on the implementation of sub- regional initiatives.
