Abstract
This Guidebook is a compendium of methodologies and tools, which use Time-use surveys (TUS), National Accounts and national budget as entry points to improve the skills of statisticians. National accountants and policy analysts, in how to engender national planning instruments. The main purpose of this manual, which will be applied as a pilot scheme in Republic of Djibouti, is therefore to respond to this request and help member states in strengthening the skills of National Statistical offices as producers of time-use data. This manual constitutes the first step for developing the Satellite accounts of Household Production.
