Abstract
L’émergence de nouveaux moyens de partager l’information a complètement bouleversé le paysage de la communication. Depuis que les médias sociaux sont devenus un puissant élément des nouveaux médias, tout le concept et toute la signification de la communication ont totalement changé. Gouvernements et organisations du monde entier utilisent les réseaux sociaux tels que Facebook, Twitter et Instagram pour essayer de nouer le dialogue avec leurs clients ou leurs administrés de façon efficace et rentable.
