The financial crisis facing the Association of African trade promotion Organizations: Measures for restructuring the association presented to the member states of AATPO represented in the ninth meeting of the joint ECA/OAU conference of African ministers of trade
Abstract
This paper focuses on the financial crisis facing the association of African trade promotion organizations. the critical financial situation, the operations of the Association have revealed serious, structural, weakness which demand early corrective attention. This memorandum also addresses itself to this problem, and suggests a two-pronged approach to the question of revitalizing the association.
