Abstract
The theme of this edition of Economies of Central Africa is on the stakes and challenges of a green economy in Central Africa.The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and the African Union commission define the green economy as a system that aims to improve human well being, ensure social equity and to reduce environmental risks as well as ecological shortages.It is characterized by low carbon emissions,the efficient utilization of resources and social inclusion.
