Abstract
This paper is focuses on the technical co-operation trust fund agreement between the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and the Austrian development agency (ADA). This Agreement is made and entered into on the date of its signing by and between the Austrian Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as "the Donor") and the United Nations through the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (hereinafter referred to as "the ECA")
