Abstract
The present report provides an overview of activities undertaken by the United Nations system in support of the African Union (AU) and its NEPAD programme since April 2012. The report is organized around the nine clusters established by the Regional Coordination Mechanism (RCM) of the United Nations agencies working in Africa, convened by the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA). The report is a response to the need expressed by member States for regular and systematic reporting on United Nations activities in support of the sectoral priorities of NEPAD at the regional and subregional levels.
