Memorandum on the participation by Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland in the preferential trade area for eastern and southern African states
Abstract
The purpose of this memorandum is to highlight the problems of BLS States and their historical background; to identify the problems that may make it difficult for BLS States to comply with the provisions of the Treaty and suggest solutions to these problems; and to introduce the Draft Protocol on the BLS States.
