Abstract
This paper focuses on the report of the third meeting of the executive committee of the association of African tax administrators. The meeting was opened on 7 March 1984 by Mr.Mohammed Yahya (Ethiopia), Chairman of AATA who also chaired the meeting. In his opening statement. Mr Yahya expressed regret at the absence of Algeria, Togo and Zambia who were Members of the Executive Committee.
