Abstract

This paper focuses on the first meeting of the Technical Committee on Air Transport in Africa, which has been established pursuant to the Mbabane Declaration on Air Transport in Africa, was held from 2 to 5 December 1985 in Dakar, Senegal, at the headquarters of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC).
