Abstract

This manual provides Clear guidance to all program and administrative personnel who are Involved in the management and implementation of program and project activities, on the management of technical cooperation trust funds and projects. The manual Incorporates all the existing ST/SGBs and ST/Als on the establishment, management and control of Technical cooperation and general trust funds; and provides operational guidelines and procedures on the Project management.
