Abstract
The long-term objective of the workshop was to improve the efficiency level of the non-government sector in general and small and medium-scale businesses in particular with the aim of (i) contributing towards national efforts in ensuring greater productivity, new jobs and an efficient use of the nation's human resources, and (ii) strengthening the programming and delivery capabilities of the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and the City Chambers.
