Abstract
The objective of the document, (1) To participate in the sectors working group for transport and communications, and present a report on the UNTACDA; (2) Seek information on SATCC activities related to the Trans-Southern African Highway (Beira-Lobito Highway) (3) Participate in the Consultative Conference, and in Arushsi (4) Discuss with the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) the UNTACDA project inputs in training programmed in the 1988 work plan.
