Report of the first meeting of subregional working groups of UNTACDA II programme

Abstract

The first meeting of African sub regional inter-governmental organizations for economic integration which constitute the Sub regional working Groups for the second United Nations transport and Communications decade for Africa (UNTACDA II) programme was held, at, the headquarters of the United Nations Economic Commission, for Africa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 19 to 24 March 1990.
