Abstract

This paper focuses on the Thirteenth Conference of Chief Executives of ECA sponsored regional and sub regional institutions took place in Abidjan, Cotê d' lvoire from 13 to 14 April 1993 at the African Development Bank. The meeting was chaired by a representative of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
