Résumé
This paper focuses on domestic financial resource mobilization for Africa’s development executive summary and issues for discussion. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the contents of the background paper, review the capability of the African economies to meet the challenges of providing for their growth and development and raising pertinent issues for discussion.
