Abstract

This paper addresses norms that govern behaviour. These norms which are reflected in attitudes, values, perceptions and practices are learned from and shared with members of groups we belong to or aspire to be members of. Pertinent to this seminar is the fact that culture sets standards of morality, gender relations, sexual and reproductive practices.
