Abstract
This paper focuses on mission report on African telecommunications finance colloquium. The African Telecommunications Finance Colloquium was organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in order to discuss, the critical issue of financing telecommunications development in Africa. The need for a special colloquium on finance was identified by the preparatory meeting held in December 1995 in Tunis, Tunisia on the forthcoming African Regional Telecommunication Development Conference (AF-RTDC).
