Mission report : to present a paper on human resources development : an African regional analysis to participates of a workshop on human resources development and training in the transport sector
Abstract
The main objective of the mission was present a document titled "Human Resource Development and Training": An African Regional Analysis. The ECA representation also performed as a resource person to selected group and plenary sessions of the workshop. The occasion was also used to visit the NITT complex in Zaria (280 kms from Jos) for the purposes of assessing its capacity and scope of activities.
