Abstract
This paper focuses on mission report on African regional telecommunication development conference. The African Regional Telecommunication Development Conference (AFRTDC/ 96) was organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as part of its regular series of regional conferences for discussions of development issues relevant to each region.
