Abstract
This document deals with the seminar on methodologies and machinery for planning the science and technology component in national development plans which was held in Moscow from 22 August to 1 September 1983 under the joint auspices of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
