Abstract
The members of the joint UNIDO/ECA team, whose mission concerned the establishment of an African Regional Centre for Consultancy and Industrial Management Services, wish to thank the United Nations (UNIDO, ECA, UNDP, etc), the Organization for African Unity, the Governments of the various countries that were visited, public and private organizations, and all the individuals whom we met and communicated with and who freely offered their ideas, comments and opinions.
