This paper focuses on a study on proposals for fostering trade in agricultural products as a step towards establishment of an agricultural common market in North Africa. A number of past developments in North Africa are at this time worthy of record. It should be recalled here that during the past twenty seven years or so, North African countries have
emphatically called for the establishment of economic links.
