Abstract
The main objectives were promotion of lCT use for regional economic integration;enhancement of connectivity and access to ICT services among and within SADC member States; development of applications including e-government, e-commerce,e-education, e-health, e-agriculture, and addressing policy, legislation, regulation,human and financial issues.
