The present document contains the Biennial Program Plan of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) for the period 2014-2015, including the objectives, expected accomplishments and strategies under each of the 10 subprograms that constitute the ECA program of work. As this is the first step in putting forward budget proposals for 2014-2015, the program narrative for the next program budget will be identical to this Biennial Program Plan.
