It reviews the standing of the ACP/EEC arrangement in terms of its contribution to solving some of the problems faced by the African economies, The second focuses attention on some of the lessons gained: as a result on the continuation of the arrangement. The third section of the paper concludes with suggestions of what needs to be negotiated and suggests possible strategies. | en |
