The purpose the remarks is to brief on the up-coming Conference of Ministers, on the process of renewal at ECA which will be the heart of the agenda of this meeting of the conference and to Ask the participant to make the conference a major success. the agenda for the conference and the conference theme is: meeting the challenges of Africa's development in the 21st century. The role of ECA. within this theme is to present proposed renewal and proposed medium plan. The renewal is enormously important for the success of your commission.
