Abstract
This paper focuses on the provisional agenda item No. 4. On the theme of the present state of development of statistics in the Belgian Congo and Ruanda-Burundi. The objective of the paper is to produce statistics for the Belgian Congo and Ruanda-Burundi; to assemble and publish statistical information compiled by the office itself, or based on the routine work of various departments; to carry out mechanical tabulation for the various administrative departments and to act as secretariat to statistical Board.
