Résumé
This paper focuses on the provisional agenda item Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. On the theme of “Report on Planning and Administration of national Community Development Programmes in Ethiopia”. The main responsibility for the organization of the National Community Development has been entrusted to the Ministry of National Community Development established under the Order of January 29, 1957.
