Abstract
This paper focuses on arrangements for the launching of the United Nations system-wide special initiative on Africa. This is a tentative plan on the technical and logistical steps to be undertaken in preparation for the launching of the United Nations System-wide Special Initiative in Africa Hall (ECA HQ's) by satellite on Friday, 15 March 1996 between 17.30 and 19.00 hours.
