Back to office mission report on data collection on survey on African basic and Agro-based industries

Abstract

The objective of the mission which was conducted from 5/10/94 to 30/10/94 was to collect data for ECA, IHSD to prepare survey report on Africa's Basic and Agro-Based Industries.In two of the three countries visited except South Africa almost all enterprises and industries have complaints on shortage of raw materials, spare parts, marketing and inadequate institutional and physical infrastructure.
