Abstract
This paper focuses on the review of ECA activities in 1988-1989 and work programme for 1990-1991 in favor of the least developed countries in Africa. The ECA special programme for the LDCs focuses on the improvement in institutional capabilities of the LDCs in the areas of planning, programming and project Preparation and in the design of appropriate development strategies and policies.
