Abstract
The objectives of the mission were as follows: to attend the tenth meeting of the Advisory Council of the Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (ISAEK Makerere University, Kampala. Uganda; to discuss with the officials of the Statistics Department, Ministry of Planning and Economic Development (MPED) Entebbe, Kampala.
