Abstract
The study deals with market access for merchandise goods (excluding petroleum/fuel oil), particularly those products that are of interest to African countries. In this respect,it consists of a brief description of the background to the study including its objectives and scope.and identifies and analyses the problems of market access regarding African and other developing countries.
