Critical manpower development and utilization problems in Africa

Abstract

Africa countries want accelerated economic and social development in order to achieve Getter living standards for the masses of the people. To this-end it is necessary to mobilize fully the regions human and matorial resources for the development effort. However, the contribution of human resources to national development can reach optimum only when available manpower is developed to acquire the right skills and attitudes and when the labour force is fully and effectively utilized.
