Note on action guidelines toward the localization of professional education, training, examination and certification in African States

Abstract

The present follow-up Note attempts to spell out what measures and action need to be considered and taken at various stages of the implementation of national policies and programmes for the full realization of the object, of localizing professional qualifications. It is intended to facilitate the task of those who will be entrusted with the responsibility of interpreting and translating the policy objectives outlined in the memorandum into meaningful, operational guidelines and concrete programmes closely related to peculiar national circumstances.
