Abstract
The Technical Committee of co-sponsors (ADB, ECA, UNDP and WB) of the African Energy Seminar met 2-3 October, 1990 at the World Bank in Washington DC. The purposes of the meeting were to: - review progress in implementing the decisions of the Technical Committee's preceding meeting 30 April - 2 May 1990, for the preparation of the seminar and, re-active the final stage of the seminar preparations by reaching final agreements on invitations, the modalities of, the contributions to its organization and financing.
