Abstract
The purpose of this Note is to bring to the attention of the Conference the activities which have so far been undertaken in the implementation of the resolution referred to above and to authorize that the recommendations of the Regional Ministerial Meeting on Africa's External Indebtedness be transmitted to ECOSOC and a report thereon to the Twentieth Session of the Commission.
