Abstract

This paper introduces one of the standards needed to be established between electronic networks worldwide in order to communicate effectively addressing formats used by electronic networks.Electronic networks are complex to use. The complexity arises for various reasons. Electronic networks are a combination of several disciplines.They combine information flow telecommunications, computing and social communication. Information flow comprises issues such as standards and the exchange information base.
