Abstract
Regarding the advantages and disadvantages of using a local firm vis-à-vis a foreign firm the Director General said ' that all these factors had been considered by the CDC when they decided that Getachew Bekele; of Ethiopia should be awarded the consultancy contract In fact it is because of the reasons advanced by the Hon. Deputy Minister that they had decided on the condition that Getachew Bekele appoints a local representative in Dar-es-Salaam.
