Abstract

ECA publishes the bi-yearly journal, Rural Progress, to facilitate the dissemination of information and the exchange of experience in integrated rural development in Africa with a view to creating a more informed interest in the concept and to facilitate its acceptance. The journal enjoys wide readership within and outside Africa.
