Résumé
This paper focuses on the rate of population growth, (which is twice as high as that of the industrialized countries of Europe in the nineteenth century, will, in all probability, continue to rise in the years to come. In point of fact, while for centuries high "birth rates were counter-balanced by high mortality rates, the mortality rate, thanks to better protection against disease, has now begun to decrease more and more rapidly, thus causing, a genuine population explosion. The present document concern about Urbanization, demographic trends and national policies with relation to the distribution of population, economic activities and institution.
