Abstract

This paper focuses on UN economic commission for Africa public administration, human resources and social development division association of African universities. The economic crisis in Africa has a devastating effect on the African university even as Africans and their governments are demanding more of their universities in terms increased enrollment and attention to social and economic concerns.
