Summary of the proceedings of the Meeting of Members of the Executive Committee held on 24-25 November, 1980

Abstract

This paper focuses on the meetings held and agreements arrived at in Belgrade in, September during the recent UNESCO Conference, and the early dispatch of documents, all to ensure a good attendance at the November Executive Committee meeting, and although there had been indications earlier during the week of the meeting that the attendance would be satisfactory, a quorum was not in fact attained.
