First performance report 1978-1979: programme budget

Abstract

This document focuses on final performance report 1978 – 1979 programme budgets. The spirit of economy and strain was being strictly exercised to keep the additional resources required to the bare minimum and above all within the total appropriations voted by the General Assembly, for ECA regular budget.
