Abstract
This paper focuses on the report of the mission 10-25 April 1990 to the department of new and renewable sources of energy Ministry of energy and petroleum Angola. The mission was modified in response to the 31 October 1989 request of the Department of New and Renewable Sources of Energy (DNRPE) for ECA advisory service assistance in the drafting of Angela’s policy and strategy in renewable energy resources development and utilization.
