Abstract

This paper focuses on the African development forum ’99 post ADF summit. Information and communication technology policies and strategies. This paper is based on the assumption that documenting and sharing African experience emerging in all sectors of society will provide the surest path to African responses to the challenges of globalization and the information age. It identifies critical information society issues for Africa as well as key sectoral opportunities.
