Abstract

This paper focuses on the report of the ninth meeting of the intergovernmental committee of experts of African least developed countries. The ninth meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee of Experts of African Least Developed Countries was held in Tripoli, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, from 3 to 5 May 1990, preparatory to the tenth meeting of the Conference of Ministers of African Least Developed Countries, which will be held in Tripoli on 13 and 14 May 1990.
