Abstract

This annual report of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), which covers the period 3 March 1964 to 23 February 1965, was adopted by the Commission at its 25th and 26th meetings on 22 February 1965. It is submitted to the Economic and Social Council at its thirty-ninth session in accordance with paragraph 17 of the Commission's terms of reference which states that the Commission shall submit to the Economic and Social Council once a year a full report on its activities and plans, including those of any Subsidiary bodies.
