Abstract
The second extraordinary session of the Commission/second extraordinary meeting of the Conference of Ministers was held at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 13 to 16 October 1986. It was formally opened and presided over by Mrs. Elizabeth Tankeu, Minister of State for the Plan of Cameroon, representing the current Chairman of the Conference of Ministers of the Commission.
